4. Appointments and Payments
All sessions must be scheduled through our approved channels. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a separate written agreement exists between both parties.
5. No Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written service agreement, all payments made to Vincora Solutions LLC are final and non-refundable once services have commenced, administrative preparation has begun, an appointment has been reserved, or access to any digital materials, resources, strategies, assessments, or deliverables has been provided.
This policy applies to all services and products offered by Vincora Solutions LLC, including but not limited to:
Strategy sessions and consultations
Funding-readiness assessments and education
Business strategy and consulting services
Personalized recommendations, action plans, and document reviews
Educational programs, workshops, digital resources, and downloadable products
Memberships, packages, and other professional services
Because our services require reserved time, professional expertise, preparation, research, administrative work, and the delivery of proprietary information, refunds will not be issued due to:
A change of mind or decision not to continue
Failure to attend or participate in a scheduled session
Failure to complete required forms or provide requested documentation
Failure to respond to communications
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal expectations
Disagreement with a recommendation or strategy
Failure to follow the recommendations or action plan provided
Delays caused by the client, third parties, financial institutions, credit bureaus, government agencies, or circumstances outside our control
Inability to obtain funding, credit approval, a particular credit score, or any other specific outcome
Services, information, resources, or deliverables that have already been provided or made accessible
Appointments and No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to request that an appointment be rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be permitted one time at the discretion of Vincora Solutions LLC. Missed appointments, late cancellations, and appointments delayed by the client may be considered fulfilled and are not eligible for a refund.
Recurring Services
Canceling a recurring service or membership stops future renewals only. It does not create a right to a refund for the current billing period or for services, access, or benefits already provided. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.
Billing Concerns
Clients should contact Vincora Solutions LLC promptly regarding duplicate charges, billing errors, or service-access problems so that the matter may be reviewed. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Vincora Solutions LLC may provide the payment processor with the applicable agreement, transaction records, appointment records, communications, proof of access, and evidence of services rendered.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived. If a separate written agreement contains service-specific cancellation or refund terms, that agreement will control.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful, current information and to use our platform solely for lawful business purposes, ensuring your conduct does not interfere with our operations.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We provide tools for success, but Vincora Solutions does not guarantee specific revenue growth, funding acquisition, or any particular financial outcome for personal or business ventures.

9. Intellectual Property
